In order to guarantee the rental date and time frame, a deposit/payment of $100.00, payable to Tom Daniels, must be submitted once we confirm availability. Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to the rental. Failure to forward the balance due as requested may result in the cancellation of the rental and the deposit will be returned. Cancellations: 100% refund (less 4% for credit card processing fees if paid by a credit card) of all payments twenty-four hours prior to the rental engagement. Rescheduling of a rental is available depending on availability of the car.
